关于海口市禁止饲养的犬只品种和标准的通告 

Announcement on Dog Breeds Prohibited in Haikou City and Dog Raising Standards by Haikou Municipal Bureau of Public Security and Haikou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs

 

根据《海口市养犬管理条例》第十二条规定，为了做好我市饲养犬只的管理，保障人民生命安全，经市政府批准，现将《海口市禁止饲养的犬只品种、标准》通告如下，请广大市民认真遵守。

Pursuant to the provisions specified in Article 12 of the Regulations for the Management of Dog Raising in Haikou, in order to manage raised dogs in Haikou City and safeguard life safety of people, the Announcement on Dog Breeds Prohibited in Haikou City and Dog Raising Standards approved by Haikou Municipal Government is made as follows. Please carefully obey it.

一、禁养的烈性犬品种

I. Breeds of ferocious dogs prohibited

American Pit Bull Terrier

3.阿根廷杜高犬

Dogo Argentino

    4.巴西菲勒犬

Fila Brasileiro

    5.日本土佐犬

41. Crossbred dogs of the said breeds and lineages and other ferocious dogs recognized by Haikou Municipal Bureau of Public Security and Haikou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

二、禁养的大型犬标准 

II. Standards of large dogs prohibited

犬体高（站立时从肩部最高点到地面的距离）超过50厘米或体长（自两耳联线中点沿背线到尾根处的距离）超过60厘米的犬类为大型犬。

Large dogs refer to dogs whose height (the distance from the shoulder peak to the ground while standing) is more than 50cm or body length (the distance from the midpoint of two ears to tail head along the back line) is more than 60cm.

盲人、肢体重残人士等饲养、携带导盲犬等扶助犬的除外。

Except for guide dogs and other assistance dogs raised and carried by the blind, the disabled and others.

本通告自2021年10月16日起施行，有效期为五年。具体应用中的问题由海口市公安局负责解释。

The Announcement has been implemented since October 16, 2021 and is valid for five years. Haikou Municipal Bureau of Public Security is responsible for interpreting problems in specific application.
